Girls’ Upward Flag Football

SportsLifeSA is excited to offer to you a girls’ Upward flag football league! Be a part of this new opportunity.

Important dates:

Early registration: May 22, 2010–July 13, 2010, $89
Evaluations will be held on the following dates at the Sitterle Homes Fields:
- Tuesday, July 13, 2010 between 6:00pm–8:00pm
- Saturday, July 17, 2010 between 9:00am–11:00am
Practices begin the week of August 30, 2010
Games begin Saturday, September 11, 2010

Location for evaluations, practices, and games is Sitterle Park (NEYSO North) on 29064 Bulverde Road. MAP

How It Works

It’s an awesome opportunity for girls to learn the skills of football while learning to look Upwards to the love of Christ at the same time.
A computer program splits the teams evenly, and players guard a player of her own ability.
Every player plays the same amount of time, and every player will start a game.
One 1-hour practice each week.
Each child can earn a star at practice for memorizing her memory verse.
Each child gets a star at the end of each game.
Players are introduced through a tunnel with music and a standing ovation each week at the games.
Testimony cards are distributed at half time of every game
