Upward Basketball 2012 Game Schedules

How It Works:

  • Boys play with boys, and girls with girls. It’s an awesome opportunity for children to learn the skills of basketball while learning to look Upwards to the love of Christ at the same time.
  • A computer program splits the teams evenly, and players guard a player of his/her own ability.
  • Every player plays the same amount of time, and every player starts the same number of games.
  • One 1-hour practice each week.
  • Each child can earn a star at practice for memorizing his/her memory verse.
  • Each child is rewarded a star of accomplishment at the end of each game.
  • Players are introduced through a tunnel with fog, music, and a standing ovation each week at the games.
  • Testimonies are given at half-time of every game.
