Pil-yo with Prayer- In the Dark…..(Classes will resume Jan. 2019)

Ages 18+

“Conducted in the DARK to dull senses and help keep mind in the present moment”

This is an open level Pil-yo with Prayer based class that will also encompass strength training, and the practice of remaining in the present moment. Whether the experienced practitioner, or new to working out, this class is for you!  Please bring a mat, and all strength training will utilize your own body weight.  Special attention to calming the mind and the benefits of remaining in the present moment will be taught.  We end the class with Scripture and Shavasana.

Free childcare is available when you register!

Fitness for Christ

Ages 18+

A high intensity cardio and resistance circuit training program that will increase your endurance, strength, stamina and power with the use of various equipment, such as, kettle bells, battle ropes, dumb bells, and your own body weight.  We will also include plyometric work, sprints and agility drills.  All you need to bring is focus and motivation!!!  Be prepared to sweat and challenge your bodies to reach the next level of fitness!!!

FRESH Fit: Formally Zumba

Ages 18+

We offer an all around fitness program which includes Zumba, toning, strengthening. FRESH Fit is an abbreviation of Fitness to Restore and Energize our Spirit and our Heart.

Be uplifted, challenged, and strengthened as you worship the Lord with movement, music, and scripture.

We accept all levels of fitness and all are welcome.

FRESH Fit classes now include…

  • Toning.
  • Kickboxing.
  • Strengthening with 1-3 lb. free weights.

 

*Suggested items to bring to class are:

  • Toning sticks.
  • Free weights (1-3 lbs).
