Fitness for Christ
A high intensity cardio and resistance circuit training program that will increase your endurance, strength, stamina and power with the use of various equipment, such as, kettle bells, battle ropes, dumb bells, and your own body weight. We will also include plyometric work, sprints and agility drills. All you need to bring is focus and motivation! Be prepared to sweat and challenge your bodies to reach the next level of fitness!

Come join us for a 10 week study on learning and implementing the foundational principles for fitness and nutrition while journeying along in a corresponding Bible Study to dig deeper into our faith and find freedom.
