Fitness for Christ

A high-intensity cardio and resistance circuit training program that will increase your endurance, strength, stamina, and power with the use of various equipment, such as, kettlebells, battle ropes, dumbbells, and your own body weight.  We will also include plyometric work, sprints, and agility drills.  All you need to bring is focus and motivation! Be prepared to sweat and challenge your bodies to reach the next level of fitness!

  • Who: Ages 18+
  • When: Monday & Wednesday
  • Time:  6:30pm-8:15pm
  • Where: Emmitt Park
